Efferent Pathways
| Medical Definition: | Nerve structures through which impulses are conducted from a nerve center toward a peripheral site. Such impulses are conducted via efferent neurons (NEURONS, EFFFERENT), such as MOTOR NEURONS, autonomic neurons, and hypophyseal neurons. |
