Neoplasm Metastasis
Medical Definition: | The transfer of a neoplasm from one organ or part of the body to another remote from the primary site. |

Lymphatic Metastasis - Transfer of a neoplasm from its primary site to lymph nodes or to distant parts of the body by way of the lymphatic system. | |
Neoplasm Circulating Cells - Exfoliate neoplastic cells circulating in the blood and associated with metastasizing tumors. | |
Neoplasm Seeding - The local implantation of tumor cells by contamination of instruments and surgical equipment during and after surgical resection, resulting in local growth of the cells and tumor formation. | |
