	Castration - Surgical removal or artificial destruction of gonads.
	Hypophysectomy - Surgical removal or destruction of the hypophysis, or pituitary gland. (Dorland, 28th ed)
	Islets of Langerhans Transplantation - The transference of pancreatic islets within an individual, between individuals of the same species, or between individuals of different species.
	Parathyroidectomy - Excision of one or both of the parathyroid glands.
