Granuloma, Plasma Cell, Pulmonary

Medical Definition: A pseudotumor of the lung composed of inflammatory cells and showing complete maturity of fibroblastic components with a striking lack of mitosis. It is also called postinflammatory pseudotumor and pseudoneoplastic pneumonitis. (Surg Gynecol Obstet 1983 Jan;156(1):89-96)
