Aortic Valve Insufficiency - Backflow of blood from the aorta into the left ventricle, owing to imperfect functioning of the aortic semilunar valve. | |
Aortic Valve Stenosis - Constriction in the opening of the aortic valve or of the supravalvular or subvalvular regions. | |
Heart Murmurs - Heart sounds caused by vibrations resulting from the flow of BLOOD through the HEART. They are classified by time of occurrence during the cardiac cycle and duration, and graded by the intensity of sound on a scale of I to VI. They may be normal or abnormal. | |
