Balanitis - Inflammation of the glans penis. | |
Hypospadias - A developmental anomaly in the male in which the urethra opens on the underside of the penis or on the perineum. | |
Penile Induration - A disease of unknown etiology in which there are plaques or strands of dense fibrous tissue causing induration of the corpora cavernosa of the penis. The condition produces a painful deformity and is sometimes seen in cases of DUPUYTREN'S CONTRACTURE. | |
Phimosis - The inability to retract the foreskin over the glans penis due to tightness of the prepuce. | |
Priapism - Persistent abnormal erection of the penis, usually without sexual desire, and accompanied by pain and tenderness. It is seen in diseases and injuries of the spinal cord, and may be caused by vesical calculus and certain injuries to the penis. (Dorland, 27th ed) |
