Cell Movement
Medical Definition: | The movement of cells from one location to another. Contrast with CYTOKINESIS which is the process of the cytoplasm of a cell dividing following nuclear division. |

Cell Aggregation - The phenomenon by which dissociated cells intermixed in vitro tend to group themselves with cells of their own type. | |
Chemotaxis - The movement of cells or organisms toward or away from a substance in response to its concentration gradient. | |
Ovum Transport - Transport of the ovum or zygote from the site of ovulation to the site of implantation. | |
Sperm Motility - Ability of the spermatozoon to move by flagellate swimming. | |
Sperm Transport - Passive transport or active migration of spermatozoa from the testes through the male genital system as well as within the female genital system. |
