Human Engineering

Medical Definition:	The science of designing, building or equipping mechanical devices or artificial environments to the anthropometric, physiological, or psychological requirements of the people who will use them.

Human Engineering Categories.

	Data Display - The visual display of data in a man-machine system. An example is a cathode ray tube display in which certain data can be called for from the computer and presented on the screen.
	Man-Machine Systems - A system in which the functions of the man and the machine are interrelated and necessary for the operation of the system.
	Task Performance and Analysis - The detailed examination of observable activity or behavior associated with the execution or completion of a required function or unit of work.
	Time Management - Planning and control of time to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
