Li-Fraumeni Syndrome

Rare autosomal dominant syndrome characterized by mesenchymal and epithelial neoplasms at multiple sites. A point mutation of the p53 tumor suppressor gene apparently predisposes family members who inherit it to develop certain cancers. |
